The loans we make are negotiated with the goal of mutual success.  We strive to create terms that meet the needs of the borrower, as well as ensure a reasonable return on investment.  Interest rates are based on many factors including the credit history of the principals, value of collateral, past performance of the business, etc...

We can also make small equity investments to provide businesses that meet our criteria with long term capital.
